KleenPRO Neat Cutting Oil Filtration Systems work on the basis of stage wise removal of solid particles of different sizes from cutting oil down to 25microns. Powerful vacuum lets you to pull out chips/sludge along with coolant from all corners of machine sump in no time. A large strainer in vacuum tank holds the chips/large particles. Bottom discharge hopper lets you to empty the chips quickly. A gear pump takes the oil from vacuum tank and sends it to through a series of SS filter bags to achieve sparkling quality of oil that is returned to the sump. All these are done without stopping your machine.
