Solid Liquid Separator

Our heavy solid liquid separator is a perfect separation system that answers your need for removing large amounts of solid particles from coolants, waste water, cooling tower water, and water for stone cutting. It uses strong centrifugal force to sling out particles from water which gravitate to the bottom and settle down in no time. Caked solid particles are emptied periodically. A slurry pump, separation tower, solid holding cum evacuation cell are the major components of the system that has no other filters to change, ever. Our heavy solid liquid separator is quite simple with very small foot print. Models range from 100 lpm onwards in Mobile and Stand-alone configurations.
